Fun and games with BA IT

I need to cancel a booking. I log in, find the booking, click cancel and keep seeing this message:

Sign in to continue
Sign in to The British Airways Club account used to make this booking before changing or cancelling

Does anyone have any insights or suggestions please?

Cookie problem. Use an incognito/private window or another browser.

Tried to notify BA that they still had not taken Avios for Reward Booking made a couple of weeks back. Cash amount processed and paid, voucher used and e-tickets issued. By phone asked to call back “in an hour’s time” as system was down and they could not see (Avios?) bookings. Was in queue for chat who responded just as I was finishing call. They confirmed system down, “our IT teams working hard to resolve the problem” and to call back in > 24 hours preferably 48 hours. Paraphrasing…please be assured your Avios will be deducted once the issue is resolved. However apparently I need to contact them again – not offering to call back/notify me. Quelle surprise

Anyone had this issue recently? Incognito, different browsers all not working.

Does your flight show a ticket number already?
