Getting an Uber at T4 – any recent experience?

Any experience in getting an uber at T4? Have been a bit narked by the length of time it takes them to get out of the holding zone to T5 and am wondering if this is even worse at T4 as it’s another 10-15 mins drive?

Option is I book a car from home to come and collect but it’s a bit more £££. Although after a 17hr flight I’ll probably be happy to pay the extra £50…

I’ve walked across the footbridge to the Hilton T4 and got an Uber from there before which avoids the drop off charge. Not sure if it’s any quicker but definitely cheaper.
