I emailed subscriptions@businesstraveller.com quoting my GHA membership no and it came through pretty quickly after that.
Thanks, I also emailed them, they just haven’t even acknowledged it, and it’s been 4 days. I’ll go again.
I managed to get it in the end. I emailed jamie[.]halling[at]ink-global[dot]com and they got back to me. I still haven’t received anything back from the business traveller contact emails, which is strange. But all sorted now, thanks @steven.
Pleased to hear you got it sorted in the end 👍
By way of update got an email recently offering upgrade to Titanium until the end of 2025 if I ‘renewed’ my subscription with UK Business Traveller for £75. I am off to the Anantara Riverside Resort Bangkok over Christmas so seriously thinking of this as it would more than pay for itself if a double upgrade was given (albeit I’m managing my expectations given it will be a busy time of year for the hotel and availability may be low on the best suites). Still felt it was worth a gamble… Did many others receive this offer?
Yup, I got the same offer. Guessing it must be for all subscribers. I have the Asia Pacific edition.

Don’t know if this is any good to anyone: https://ghadiscovery.statusmatch.com/

Very interesting – thanks @Skywalker
I note that there is a cost to this status match, which makes the Business Traveller route potentially more cost effective:
Application fees are as follows for eligible customers. GHA DISCOVERY Platinum: USD 100. GHA DISCOVERY Titanium: USD 150.
Nevertheless, always good to have options!

Note that you get a GHA cash credit though which offsets much of the cost and can be cashed in at check-out on your next stay.

Yes – should have picked that up … $75 returned for titanium or $50 at platinum makes net costs of $75 or $50 respectively. If you hold an eligible Mastercard then this is the way to go (unless you genuinely value the Business Traveller mag subscription)
I have a few GHA stays booked this year. Most of the fast track offers previously mentioned have now expired in the UK (i.e. Bus Traveller, GHA Statusmatch). Are there any other current routes to Platinum or Titanium?
I didn’t want to resurrect old threads so I thought this may be the best one to post in (even though it is off topic).
I have titanium, is it worth booking through Emyr, or is it pointless?

Always worth checking.
Many GHA brands such as Anantara, Kempinski, and Capella are available with Virtuoso benefits including upgrade, late checkout, $100 credit, breakfast etc.
Upgrade etc is unimportant if you already have Titanium, but the $100 credit can make the difference, if you were booking a flex rate anyway.
