Despite still being listed on their website today, Restaurant Toque in Montreal is “now no longer a Dining partner” I was informed today. I have raised two complaints as both partner and myself expected the £100 each cashback after our recent visit.
Just fyi and curious to see if others in the same situation have any experience of what Amex will do ?@bellap Amex is playing too many games with their offering now which is unfortunate. Were they on the list when you dined? do you have screenshots or any other dated proof? I am sure Amex back office has all the information but it would be easier to complain with info. I would definitely pursue amex for this.
Yup, had this last month, also in Canada. Had a chat with a lovely Amex agent who basically confirmed that the restaurant that failed to trigger the credit was not in the internal list, but still featured in the public-facing database. It took her about 2 minutes to compare the two, write up the report and send it off to the infamous back-office. Two days later, the credit landed.

That was extremely lucky! We are still waiting for a refund from dining at Joe Beef. its now day 12. hopefully it arrives
@wiseoldman yes it was and still is listed on their website ! I have screenshots and two complaint references, lets see how they respond.
