Does anybody know what transactions do not qualify in the £5k spend for the 2500 bonus points? We think we are due some soon as have spent over 5k, since the last batch, but some fairly large transactions were foreign.
The only things that appear to be excluded are the usual – Amex annual fee/FX fees. If you call or chat they can tell you how much you need to spend to trigger the next one. On the foreign spend, you definitely get 2MR/£1 + the 0.5MR at each £5k spend.
Thank you. Pretty sure we got the 2x for the foreign and airline spend. I’ll get my wife to try chat, she plans to open an ARCC and close down the gold once this particular bonus lands. Now that the spend req and fee on the BAPP has increased, we don’t need both
