Both the Hilton behind the Tate Modern and the one over by More London/HMS Belfast have been very accommodating for us when we’ve taken the kids to London, in terms of sorting connecting rooms. Hilton also allow you to book connecting rooms directly on the website now which is handy and both properties are well located for tourist attractions. Tate Modern one has a pool, too.
Further West, the Conrad at Victoria also has connecting rooms and presumably can be booked on the website but I’ve never taken the kids there.
