Not really seeking advice, but just flagging that there appears to be a new Priority Pass lounge for non-Schengen flights from Geneva. It doubles as the Swiss FCL, so presumably is pretty good. https://www.swissport.com/en/news/current-news/2022/swissport-opens-aspire-crystal-lounge-in-the-new-east-wing-at-geneva-airport

It’s probably also in the right location for the BA LHR flights, although on Sunday I did see a Cityflyer plane at one of the B pods.

Sadly we were ex GVA this morning but on easyjet and ended up going from the B gates, so just had to put up with the rather utilitarian Horizon lounge, Although given the number of pastries we ate for breakfast, am pretty sure we still got our money’s worth…

I went to the lounge last weekend, flying easyJet to LPL.
Only accessible when flying from C gates I think. It’s next to the Alhambra (?) lounge about half way along the new east wing, one floor up.

There were only two other people there, and the two members of staff were quite surprised to see me.

Modern furnishings, much better than the Aspire lounges in the Uk that I have been to. Drinks were help-yourself, although coke etc were from 2l bottles. There was Prosecco/cava, some random wine selection, and some spirits. Hot drinks were from two coffee machine stations that were akin to your work coffee machines. Ok but nothing to shout about.

Food though was really disappointing – nothing hot at all – there was one (yes one) very sad looking sandwich on a tray, along with individually wrapped cakes/croissants etc, crisps and peanuts.

I guess/hope this will improve once it gets busier.

Overall I liked the style of the lounge, but food and drink offerings need to improve.
