I can’t make up my mind. Both similar in points/money. Is one much better located than the other? Must say, Old city looks to have the edge on rooms and reviews.
Sirkeci is better located in my opinion – closer walk to the main tourist sites.
I’m happy you aren’t wasting money on one of the high end places in Istanbul that HfPrs seem to recommend.
Istanbul is a city worth spending all day exploring, everyday. You’ve picked the right locations for that.
