Have BA reduced the tier point given for a flight?

I have a return flight booked from LHR to HEL in economy. In my booking it says I will earn 15 tier for the flight in total. In the BA tier point calculator it says it’s a minimum of 10 each way.
Which is correct?

No specific experience on this route but quite often the MMB number is wrong and the tier point calculator will be correct.
