It looks like the Heathrow Doubletree has closed. Although a search for a hotel in Heathrow on Hilton.com still shows up the hotel as being a doubletree it shows as being sold out for the next year.
If you then walk/drive past it (I am currently staying at the Moxy LHR which is almost opposite) you’ll see the signage and branding has gone. I’m assuming it’s been turned into a migrant hotel as no sign of construction to suggest a refit. It’s a shame as it usually had decent rates if you wanted to stay with Hilton at LHRYou are correct, vote farage if you want to stay there again :p
Do you mean the old one with the funny tower in front that used to be a Jury’s? As an ex-Jury’s that wouldn’t surprise me.
But it would surprise me if you meant the Doubletree at Tetminal 2, or the other Doubletree at Terminal 4.

I stayed there 17th October last year, must have been just before it closed. Was tired AF then so if they have any sense they’ll be using this as a ploy to fund a refurb.
Or perhaps 3rd runway demolition will come before that.
