Forums Frequent flyer programs Other frequent flyer schemes Heathrow Rewards expiry

Hope I’m posting this to the right chat forum. I had a heathrow rewards card with some points (about £50) but completely forgot about it and haven’t travelled for over three years which means the points have expired according to their t&cs. Anyone aware if heathrow rewards extended these points or were able to get these points reinstated as a goodwill gesture?

Hello all, sorry for posting here, it’s the closest thread I could find, bar opening another thread.

I am in need of 3,000 Miles and More Swiss/LH points. Would like to book a European flight, which is quite expensive in cash. I may have enough points to transfer from Heathrow Rewards, but cannot log into their website. The app is fine, but to transfer I need to login. Keeps coming up with “invalid login details” whereas logging in on the app is fine. I tried 2 other accounts, different Macs, no joy.

Failing to find a solution to transferring Heathrow Rewards point to LH, is there another way to get 3,000 miles smoothly, or just buy them?

    Any suggestions?

I had something similar in last year or two. I think they did a password tightening exercise at some point and I had to reset my password using the “forgotten password” option (despite App still seeming ok).

I remember a bit of a faff with involving contacting their customer support team at
    customerservice@heathrowrewards.com

I could have been lucky, but I recall them being suitably efficient, although if you email now you probably won’t get any response before tomorrow’s business hours at the earliest so unhelpful in your circumstances.

    Thank you! I’ll try both.

Does anyone know if there’s still a referral bonus with Heathrow Rewards? Someone used my number to sign up last week but no points have posted. Thanks.

Not sure, but any bonus would require the new cardholder to spend £x within y days (can’t remember what the exact numbers are/were).

They need to spend £100 in a single transaction and you will get 500/750 points, depending on membership tier.
