HELP! Tower Bridge can’t change reservation as already checked in via app

Have a non-refundable room booked at the Tower Bridge Hilton tonight, we were supposed to be seeing Lady Gaga. Both our kids are poorly so we can’t go – I contacted the hotel to ask if we could move the reservation to next weekend if I booked a second room and we’d all go to London as a family then to save losing the reservation. They were happy to do that and apparently would have been straightforward to do if I hadn’t already checked in via the app (no digital key requested though).
Any ideas what I can do? Any way of undoing the check-in or contacts that might be able to help? Thanks in advance!
Eventually sorted via Central Reservations. Worth noting that the digital check-in can’t seem to be undone.

Interesting. I did a similar thing a couple of weeks ago and also couldn’t change anything once checked in via the app.
