Has anyone had any problems enrolling for Hertz?
A friend id doing that and he can’t get past the card verification step. After 3DS, he gets an error that says they couldn’t contact the card provider.
Any workarounds?
Platinum customer service can do it for you if you call up and ask but it may take a few days.
