My points usually post in the first couple of days of the month after the Statement. Nothing so far from August’s statement. Anyone experiencing similar?
There was a longstanding issue but it’s not been mentioned lately. August is a while ago though so you may need to chase this up with Barclays. Mine have been posting as normal.
I did have the issue earlier in the year, but it cleared up of it’s own accord. Now it seems to be back. Chatted with Barclays yesterday and advised to wait a few days.
Have these come in yet? I’ve just realised my wife hasn’t received her points which were due early October…

I contacted Barclcard through chat on Friday. They said that other people had also complained. They were going to email the ‘Honors team’ and I sould expect the points to post in 3 days.
IIRC theres a thread on here where people are claiming good compensation for late posting of points
Same boat — should have received circa 24K points around October 1st, but nothing as of today (Oct 23rd).
I also had this issue some months back like many others, which did iron itself out but also took a while to do so… I hope we’re not back there again.

I think this has been reported for transfers north of 100k points in the past (we’ve never been anywhere near that!).

Where are you looking to see how many points you’ve been credited per transaction? I just see a lump sum at the top of the website 🙁
Go to your Hilton Honors app. On the bottom menu click on ‘Account’, then click on ‘Account: on the top of the page. Finally, click on ‘Points activity’. This page will show you all the points credited by Barclaycard each month.
You should receive 2 points for every £1 spent.

And 3 points for every £1 spent at Hilton hotels. It seems my account was not programmed for that, but my sign up materials show this. I had to chase until they fixed it for me a while back. No issues since then.

Yes, the balance below 100k (i.e. up to 99,999) will post as normal (and will be what’s shown on the statement), multiples of the full 100k will not appear on the statement and will magically appear a few days later in your HH account.
My wife’s points still haven’t appeared. Tried Barclaycard online chat tonight and they gave a phone number for the relevant team. Anyone on here got an email address for them?? TIA
I find the best option is to call the number on the back of the card.

I called up Barclaycard on Wednesday and spoke to a helpful chap — I’m awaiting 24K approx points: he said he’d manually requested the outstanding points to be transferred to my HH account and that it will take 48 hours or so to credit. Nothing so far, but I’ll give it until Monday before calling again. I called the number on the back of the credit card, just to say.
