Anyone know of an agent who looks after Hilton For Luxury / Impresario and other brands?

I emailed the company linked to here, but got zero response to my email.

So looking for another more reliable company.

I assume you are referring to Bon Vivant? When did you email him as I have always found him to be very responsive and usually replying to an initial email within 24 hours.

He doesn’t always work ‘regular’ hours and have had correspondence in the evening and over a bank holiday weekend.

Presumably there’s a capacity limit where the number of enquiries from HfP readers means either service is slower or can’t be facilitated at all.

@Ian I have a great agent I use. But it would be poor form to post here considering the HfP tie-in with Bon Vivant. If I see you at the HfP summer party, we can cover there.

We’ve been doing this with Emyr for a long time and he’s on top of his game. He won’t even charge you a booking fee – not many other luxury agents will book a £200 room for you and not ask for an extra chunk of cash on top (given he gets 8% and we take some of that).

If you’re doing this be aware that for some reason Emyr is listed as US rather than UK. I spent ages trying different searches until I realised this ! 🤦‍♂️
