Booked hotel only – contact number?

Hi guys,

I’ve booked a hotel only via the hotels and cars BA site to benefit from 15 Avios per £1. I want to double check something with my booking, however I have no idea of what phone number to use for this. When I call BA (and wait in the horrendous queue), they put me through to the holidays team (and wait again), who then put me to an executive club number which based on the automated menu, sounds like I’m back to the first call queue.
Any ideas on what specific team deals with bookings via this site and how to contact them?

Is it something the hotel itself could help you with? It may well be easier contacting them directly.
