I’m rather confused by the expiry date on my OneKey account – different dates indicated based on whether they are converted Hotels.com points or OneKey points.
Flagging this as the end of year approaches in case anyone else is confused and gets caught out.
I have made a £2 hotel booking to be safe.
(Had a recent stay already but that went into an Expedia account that didn’t get merged).I’m being dumb but checked both hotels.com and expedia.com and I don’t see any expiry date on mine.
Is there anywhere on the website to see the expiry date? I asked the chat support and got the helpful answer “They can expire at any time”…
Edit: After persevering with the chat support they gave me a date around 12 months from the date they converted me to OneKey (not 18 months as advertised). Not sure if it is true…

Later they told me it would be 18 months after the conversion to OneKey…
