Household Account transfer to Qatar Airways?

Hi, is it possible to transfer all my points from a Household account over to Qatar privilege club? I have been trying but only seem to be able to transfer only a certain amount.

You can only transfer your personal balance between BAEC and Qatar Privelege Club.

I think you can combine avios via a Finnair account but not sure how that works.
