    Since the rebrand to BA club I can’t seem to access anything to do with household account. When logging in I can see both my personal balance and household balance, but when I click manage household account (I’m the head of household), the only option is get is to create a new household account, no access at all to existing one. Has anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it?

    I can’t access manage my account , see transactions, see saved credit card etc. So looks like you are not alone

    Earlier this morning I found I could do stuff when logging in on Chrome rather than another browser (including logging on!)

    Tried both chrome and MS edge no account information on both

    After 3 days I found a work around this
    Put household accounts into search click first link, takes you to old webpage go down to household account setting up/ manage link click and it should take you there!

    I was doing this at 12.30am this morning walking it through on phone with someone who wanted to set up household account to book flights at 1am.
