How best to use Amex Membership Rewards points?

Hi All,

I’ve recently cancelled my Platinum Amex and am sticking to my BA Premium Plus Card instead. Is it best to transfer all of the membership reward points to the BA card or to move them elsewhere? Thanks in advance.

You can’t move MR points to an avios card, they are separate currencies. You can convert them into avios though, by transferring them to your BAEC account.
Incidentally, your BA points get moved to BAEC each month so they don’t build up like MR points.
