How fast to transfer Amex reward points into Asia Miles please?

Can anyone tell me how fast it is to transfer American Express reward points into the Asia Miles scheme for a Cathay Pacific redemption? It says three working days, but I’m wondering if it’s usually quicker / same day? Thank you so much in advance.
