How long for 2 for 1 voucher to appear?

I hit the spending target around the 27th/28th November last month. However yet to have the voucher appear.

When I did live chat with BA they told me to speak to Amex. Amex live chat said it can be 1/2 calendar statements. Which surprised me.

I thought it would be a simple few days for it to transfer over. Unless I’m missing something?

Has always been within about a day for me. Got my last one mid October in the middle of a statement cycle and it appeared very quickly.

There was another thread about this. Appears there is a technical issue or backlog with vouchers earnt just before the deadline.

I’ve been waiting since October 28th.
