Typically once you receive and activate your amex platinum does it take before offers (inc Harvey Nics) to appear in account section.
Also should i see a bonus tracker towards the 60k points ? (again does that take a few days to appear ? )
Thanks
Same position for me, got amex yesterday and no offers available.
onto the chat in the app and was getting now where fast until I asked for a manager who explained the offers won’t appear until after the first billing date.
But he kindly loaded the dining credit and Harvey niks credit there and then.
They appeared and I have exploited!
I’ve already booked two restaurants in Belgium for this weekend’s tier point run and purchased two bottles of gin from the Harvey Niks website!
Also added partner as supplementary holder for free for a bonus 5k points
Mine took about a week to show – I think the dining ones appeared a few days before Harvey Niks.
That said, I upgraded from Gold > Plat, so still had my Gold offers showing.
It’s been just over 2 weeks and no sign of my upgrade offer tracker, nor adding a supp card bonus. I did try chatting, but first they said ‘use the card and wait a few days’ and then later ‘you can only discuss that over phone’. I have screenshots of the offer, hence trying to use chat, as figured it’d be easier to send them if they tried being funny about offer eligibility.
