How long is BA taking to process refunds?

I requested a refund for my cancelled flight two weeks ago and have yet to receive my money back. Does anyone know long I can expect to wait?

They were saying 30 days at one point, though my last 2 refunds have shown up within a couple of weeks. Is there any indication in your confirmation of how long it should be taking? Sometimes something goes wrong and it gets stuck in the system and has to be chased up.
Must say, the last couple of cancellations I’ve done have been refunded within a week or so. These were all cancelled via ba.com online. As noted above, it is surprisingly common that a phone cancellation was processed wrongly and the booking is actually in limbo.
