How long do you have to wait from card activation till dining credit shows up? Conscious only a few weeks left in the year…
Call or chat and they will add them for you. Record or screenshot confirmation of addition. Despite this they still took 3 weeks to appear in my offers page. I used them before seeing them though and they worked fine. Got email confirmation the two times I used them. Credits appeared 5 working days after spend.

I upgraded my card yesterday from gold to platinum, didnt show but contacted support and they have added it manually for me.
Out of curiosity, go the £150 need to be spent in one go or can I spend £100 one time and £50 another time?

Yes, used for two for a quick lunch at Tattu then popped into Ivy and bought a giftcard to use up remaining £60.

I just rang customer services and they said there was no offers showing on my account. I absolutely hate phoning the overseas call centers, there is no understanding of customer service just a script. I would like the offer before the reset, just opened this account so hopefully it will bob on soon.

I spent my abroad credit in New York on 25 Nov and the credit was applied today.
I spent my home credit on 01 Dec; still nothing
Used mine at the landtmann in vienna on Thursday and Friday last week and credited today 🙂

My overseas credit was applied on 12 December for 9 December spend, so two working days. But the transaction must have been backdated, as it didn’t show in the app until today, 14 December.
Ate in Oblix West in The Shard last Saturday night (9th Dec) and it credited today (16th Dec)
Spent on 10 Dec (in UK) and credited on 13th.

It’s not fully in control of Amex. If a restaurant changes the POS terminal, it’ll take more time for Amex to get it confirmed. Multiply that to a hundred restaurants across the globe.
