I spend approx £2500 on a stay at a Luxury Collection hotel, but have only received around 1 point per £.
Can anyone advise how many points I should be receiving?
If you have no status you’ll get 10 points per $1. But be aware that this is only on eligible charges so if the hotel has a restaurant or spa that is classified as ‘external’ you won’t get points on that part of the spend.
