How to claim missing Tier Points

I am trying to use the following web form to claim missing tier points. However, the ticket number keeps getting rejected.

Does anyknow know what the issue could be, or is it simply BA’s faulty IT?

“I did this recently and I if I recall correctly, I think it would only accept the number if you missed off the 125- from the front of the ticket number”
