How to complain to BA about Avios?

Hi all, just hoping someone may be able to help, please. I’ve been waiting for nearly 3,500 Avios after buying travel insurance in February. The website won’t let me pursue this through the ‘missing Avios’ route because the date of the purchase isn’t listed. It’s claiming the purchase was never tracked.
But of course it was – it’s been listed as ‘pending’ ever since. Can’t find any contact number on the Avios help pages, or even a useful email. Seems like more crap customer service.
Given the amount of Avios – and the fact I made the purchase with this company specifically because of this – I don’t want to let it go. I have followed this up previously and was told the points would follow in due course.
Does anyone have any advice, please? Thanks a lot.
You need to claim those missing Avios through the BA eStore, not directly with BA.
Check the other threads on here about BA Shopping but it’s basically not worth using due to their refusal to honour their deals.
It can even be more productive to use Quidco or TCB and use the cash to buy Avios than risk BA not paying out on purchases.
