Forums Payment cards American Express How to find reset date for 2 for 1 voucher

  • 49 posts

My wife and I have seperate BAPP cards and I can’t remeber when the £10000 spend towards the voucher starts, nor can I find it on the Amex website nor BA exec club. I don’t have the app. We have both triggered this year’s vouchers and used them so not showing.

Is there a way to find out on the website?

    Thanks

It should be on your PDF statements, on one of the later pages that says how many Avios have been earned/transferred and under that there’s a heading ‘companion voucher’ which tells you the date of your next anniversary.

Not sure you can – I actually have a spreadsheet note on my rollover dates for this reason. Same with the Amex Gold annual spend bonuses.

Have you had the card long? Maybe try and find the original application email date which would be close enough

    Thanks for the quick replies!

I tried the PDF statement route suggested, and for me it says next annual fee due on 7th January, so presumably that’s it?

No, there is a specific page of the statement which, at least for me, appears every month. It’s headed ‘Avios earned with your British Airways American Express card” and has a full paragraph headed “Companion Voucher”. That specifically refers to your card anniversary date for the purposes of when your spend starts to count towards the next voucher.

Yes thanks, it’s not on the current statement but when I downloded the statement prior to 7th Jan, it states it there. It is the same date, 7th Jan.
