How to use Virgin Points at Virgin Hotels?

I am trying to book a Virgin property in the US, but I can’t seem to find a way to redeem Virgin points for my booking, which raises a question whether it is possible to redeem Virgin Points at Virgin Hotels? Does anyone know the answer to this? Any help is very much appreciated.

In VR you can only redeem at the Dallas property. Very strict Ts&Cs, $25 amenity fee, only one room type and only valid for 2 or 3 nights. Also quite a lot of blackout dates.

You can also book via VS Hols, which gives more choice, either in store or via the website.
