So looking at IB flights to TYO and there are 3 different redemption figures – the off peak rate appears to be 29,750 Avios in Y but then the rate on 4 April is 35,000 and on 2 April it’s 49,000.
What are the differences?
Looking for J which I assume will be multiples of those figures.

This is normal. Iberia has pricing for Blue economy and economy as well as peak and off peak. Business just has peak/off peak. I haven’t actually checked it anywhere, but on making a booking for 4 April 2026, I was told that April 2026 is Iberia peak until 7 April. All this prices off the distance based chart.
This old HfP article is very helpful.
