Iberia flight and BA tier points

I took a flight on Sunday from Madrid which was operated by Iberia but under a BA/IB flight number. How long do the tier points take to credit to BAEC? I only ask as those points mean I go to the new tier point level on BA.
I found it very random. In November, LHR-MAD took 4 days and MAD-LHR 2 days, both IB. So give it a couple of days.
I took an IB flight (LHR to MAD) on 9th Feb.
Tier points and Avios have not posted. The BA Holiday bonus points did though and the return BA flight…
Filled in the missing avios form and awaiting a response.
