Has anyone that travelled on Iberia recently on IB ticketed flight succeeded in getting their tier points credited? We flew with IB over a month ago and haven’t had any success in getting our tier points credited even after numerous email with the Customer Relations providing our details.
There’s a thread about the problem on FT, looks like people are having trouble getting flights from many weeks ago credited.
FWIW I had two BA codeshare on IB metal credit ok the week before last these were on a BA booking.
But on another BA booking an IB flight last week still has not credited – BA IT certainly ‘knows’ about the fight – it was a re-ticket by IB due to a missed IB connection caused by a BA delay, and BA then compounding it’s failure by screwing up booking a later connecting flight with IB – the IB flight shows in the PNR flight list on the BA compensation form – I’m hoping it’s just a short delay otherwise it’ll be yet another complaint/chase.
Hope BA is doing something about this. It seems it’s impacting a lot of people and nothing is being done…
I had to take BA to court to get my tier points and as a result my silver membership for an IB ticketed flight using my BAEC membership
