Hi all,
Quick question for those who oddly didn’t have their cards cancelled during the last purge or able to advise.
I have an IHG Premium card which is still surprisingly alive. I am about 2k short of my threshold to get a voucher. My voucher will be due in September.
From what I understand, the voucher will not be issued until my card fee is due. So what are my options? Is it possible to get the voucher and get the fee refunded? Or would i have to take them to FOS to get the fee back?
Any advice would be gratefully received as always!
Mw
Some people believe that you need to pay the fee for next year to get the voucher for the current year. But if the card is still working why cancel it? Spend more on it and make Creation lose more money!
If you did go to FOS I expect you wouldn’t get a result for at least 6 months and probably longer, and it may not go the way you want it to go.

@MW – I’m starting to understand why yours didn’t get cancelled … 😂
