Increase in cash element of Avios booking

With max avios I have always been paying 50p cash for economy. Recently it cost me £40.50.
Is this a new change?
What would Club Europe cost if previously was £12.50?

There do seem to have been a couple of wobbles around pricing recently – people have posted that using another browser or trying later sometimes brings the price back to normal!

Yes, there are issues. Someone sent me a First return screenshot with over £2,000 of taxes when it should have been £850ish.

There has been an ongoing issue where RFS doesn’t kick in. Trying again later does seem to resolve it though
