Inspiration wanted for March – companion voucher

Hello,
I have a companion voucher that expires 31 March, and I can only likely travel in that month. I’ll go solo and have about 33,000 avios at the moment. What would be a good use to maximise this voucher? Availability already looks a little scarce, I did see Istanbul as an option. Where else? I like cities, good weather but can manage the cold for sake of natural beauty.

Have you got a SeatSpy subscription? You can use this to look for all available destinations between specific dates.

Availability will be scarce during the last week in March due to Easter, but before that there should be a decent amount of choice.

It seems that you’re bound by availability..

Istanbul, Athens, Bodrum, Cairo come to mind..

I’d avoid Cairo for the poor CW offering and for the proximity to neighbours. ATH sound brill.

Well it’s a really poor CW offering as it’s now CE on the Cairo route.
