Getting this manage (actually happens every few months randomly) – this time it’s lasting into a third day. Restarted laptop, same result.

I noticed a few hiccups, but it’s ok for me now.

One thing to try is clearing browser cookies (needn’t clear all of them, just any *.ba.com or *.britishairways.com).

I’m going to suggest a restart. I consistently get error messages getting into the eStore when its been a few days since I restarted my laptop. It’s pretty much the only site that throws a problem, but that’s when I know I’ve been in the same session for a while…

I get this message if I try and access eStore on Chrome. It works fine with Safari. Apple specific I’m sorry, but maybe try another browser?

The IM service centre is, I think, the internal BA IT help desk so it’s an odd message.
