Is there a way to transfer points between 2 Virgin Red accounts or maybe use points from 2 VR accounts when making reward flight bookings?

    TIA

Transfer is possible when either of you is silver or above as that entitles one to a Household Account (which doesn’t really exist except manual points transfer for this scenario). Not sure what happens if you are not in the same household.

VS CS are pretty flexible pulling the relevant points required for redemption from different accounts regardless of their FC tiers.

Anyhow you would need to ring for any of the above so just ask nicely.

Many thanks that’s very useful, I did also find that they can be moved through the Virgin Red team but the adminstration fee is so high that it would not really be worth doing.

“Yes, you can transfer a maximum of 100,000 Virgin Points per year – There is an admin fee of £15/$22 per transfer plus GBP £7.50 for each 1000 Virgin Points that you wish to transfer. Please contact membersupport@virgin.com if you would like to do this.”

Maybe we’ll just fly economy and the problem won’t exist!
