I’ve been getting this error message for months now on BA.com when scrolling though a few different dates looking for availability. Have cleared my cache and tried other browsers, but still the same. Have to log out every time, and even that can be difficult.
I guess it’s just another example of BA’s flaky IT structure, but I’d be interested to know if anyone else has the same problem. I’m using Chrome, maybe there’s a better browser to navigate through the painful BA.com website.
Yep, always get this. Usually when I’ve tried to make multiple different searches of dates etc. it is very frustrating!
Happens all the time, not browser dependent. Just very bad web design the way they’ve set the cookies.
You don’t generally need to log out, just go back to the start page and run the search again
Yes, I can do at most 2 changes of date/destination then I get this.
It’s a cookies issue. If you go into them you’ll find a few for ba.com
This has been happening intermittently for months, even years, on ba.com. Absolutely down to the atrocious web design and coding. You pay peanuts, you get … … … Although paying millions for 200+ to work on it is just as bad, possibly even worse. Outsourcing, sub-contracting, sub-sub-contracting, individuals working in their bedrooms scattered around the world. Overseen by inept managers who know sod all about what they are managing. Need I say more?
