Just received an email from Status Match offering hotel or airline status match to Kenya Airways (so Skytean). Gold in Kenya Airways programme = Skyteam Elite Plus (lounge access).
Status Match using hotel status:
Silver – 99 USD
Gold – 299 USD
Platinum – Not AvailableAirline Status Match & Credit Card Match:
Silver – 80 USD
Gold & Platinum – 175 USDUK based accounts in the Kenya programme are cheaper than in North America or much of Asia.
Its a decent offer for 12 months of Sky Team status.
What i have not found an answer to is if youve had the offer before can you get it again
