Looking to book for March/April 2024 with my companion voucher (amex 241).
I’m looking at destinations like SFO, Maldives. There seems to be year long availability here and there on the outbound from LON, but absolutely 0 availability in business on the return leg. Do these get released at a different time or are they just all sold out?
Thanks!
Certainly for SFO there is huge amounts of availability coming back. Which makes me think you are searching for a return using BA’s broken reward flight finder feature?
Either search as one-ways or actually try and book a return and you should see it if available.
Ah yes I’m searching through BA’s reward flight feature, whoops! They should really explain it doesn’t work.
Would you suggest signing up for something like rewardflightfinder or seat spy?
Thanks!
I use Seatspy and have been very happy with it although it’s been less reliable of late because it apparently sources from BA who have been letting them down!
Not many people on here use Reward Flight Finder because of this:

If you are only checking for a couple of routes you are as well off doing dummy bookings on BA.
Would you suggest signing up for something like rewardflightfinder or seat spy?
Seat Spy is great, and I pay for it, but it won’t show the seats available to a new companion voucher holder. For this you have to search on BA’s site.
