Last min advice – Jordan Amman

I’ll be arriving early morning in Jordan and meeting my group travel company in the evening at the hotel I’m staying at which has an afternoon check in

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to stay for the day?

I’ll be staying at near Abdulla Bin Omar Str. Shemaisani Tyche which seems central.

Any advice on how to fill the time would be appreciated

I’d go straight to the hotel and ask them to store your bags until checkin. There’s reasonable chance that if the room is ready they’ll check you straight in. I’ve done it a few times.
