    Is the LATAM website totally broken for viewing bookings? I’ve been getting “we have a problem” for the past day.

    Uk variant? At what stage are you getting it? I browsed for prices yesterday and it was working until after the select seats bit, but I didn’t actually go further and hit the buy button

    Any LATAM website for existing bookings. Enter a PNR and surname and you get an error. Same if you select a flight from My Trips when logged in.

    But the answer appears to be that LATAM’s app and website has a pretty low probability of retrieving a booking once made. I’ve been able to confirm some changes and see my chosen seats are still the ones I have but the seat map has not worked once post-booking.
