LAX Amex Centurion lounge access from Terminal 6

Can any confirm for me that you can get to the AMEX Centurian Lounge from terminal 6 and then return to terminal 6 once you are airside without leaving the secure airside area.

I have had seen a blog which states you need to pass though security on the return to terminal 6 but LAX did not answer my question about this but only refered me to the inactive map which suggests you remain airside both ways in the secure area.

A couple of months ago, we walked from T4 arrivals through to the Tom Bradley terminal (Think Centurion Lounge is there?) and then back to T6 for an Alaska Airlines flight staying airside and not having to go through any security
