The VS Clubhouse at LAX was a victim of the pandemic. Travellers are told to use the pretty brilliant Star Alliance Gold lounge instead. But, with VS joining SkyTeam in February, will that be taken away? And, if so, what will it be replaced with?
Like many carriers, VS flies in to T2/TBIT. The only possible option I can see there is the DL lounge, although it needs a do up. Or, will we start to see – post-T3 refurbishment – the shifting of SkyTeam to T3, leaving Star Alliance serving T2?
You can get an airside transfer bus to the recently renovated Flagship DL lounge if you have the time.
