Just did an 11 hr flight booked on BA but flew on AA metal. The inflight entertainment was not working so had 11 hrs of nothing. (Couldn’t connect to the Wi-FI either). Who should I raise the complaint with? BA or AA? Can someone point me in the right direction of best people to contact? What kind of compensation do you think is reasonable? I was in business class.
Thanks
Expect an apology and 5-10k Avios as gesture of goodwill. If they offer less than 10 then you can normally push them up to 10k but no more.
Somebody here just got 25k Avios but was flying first (I would argue that the system failing in T or Y is even worse as there is little else to do).
Complain to AA, as it’s their metal. The AA forum on flyertalk may have some idea what compo is to be expected.
