Leading Hotels of the World points accrual

Is there a route to points accumulation rather than spend at the hotels on LHW? Amex MR or airline partners?

I’ve tried trawling the LHW site without success.

Only hotel stay spend counts, but you can now also accumulate LHW points via bookings made with a luxury travel concierge (e.g. Emyr) and Amex FH&R.

I guess it’s not an entirely surprising concession by LHW as these external rates that offer various limited benefits are also based on the BAR that should more aptly be called the WAR.

There are numerous reports online about you being able to transfer Citi ThankYou points into LHW now. It seems that the scheme might be opening up a bit

I have LHW points expiring in August (haven’t used them in 2yrs) and will be making a points booking for a stay in Lisbon in Sept. I think this will be honoured after reading the terms but wanted to check if this sounds ok?
