So as well as the Uk lounges (that list is wrong as it includes Stansted) there are lounges in the US and other countries that claim to be pre-bookable!

The one in Buenos Aires (Aeroparque) always has a queue. It’s the only lounge in the terminal.

Cartagena, expected min wait was 2 hours.
Ended up spending 6 hours waiting for a flight that was ultimately cancelled (rebooked for next morning) and caught Covid sitting in a packed terminal.
