Link two Executive Club accounts to one Nectar card?

Hi All, does anyone know if you can link two different Exec Club accounts to one Nectar? I can’t remember the linkage process in detail. Trying to avoid having a second Nectar account for player 2, would be much easier if could keep using one for our shopping!
