Linking Uber to BA account – frustrating error

Can’t find a thread which covers this already. In my android Uber app I can see the option to link my BA account, but every time I try to sign into the BA link, it fails, saying password not recognised. Yet I can use the same details to sign into BA without problem, separately.
It’s not a case of any mis-type; I have the details securely saved in my Roboform password manager.
Anyone else has a similar problem ?

Great suggestion; I had not thought of that. Different error now, it says “something went wrong, please try again later.”
I get the same error. I’m convinced it’s because there’s some sort of name mismatch between BA and Uber, which also happens to be the same issue I get when I try to link BA with Qatar. I haven’t had luck in dealing with this. Changing my name with Qatar further exacerbated the issue.
